The True Blue Valor™ course is a self-contained training course that is designed for an agency to build and create a positive law enforcement agency culture that actually walks its talk and takes care of its people. The course contains a downloadable and reproducible training manual along with a PowerPoint slide presentation and printable handouts that your trainers or supervisors can use to create a culture that “takes care of its own” so that truly “no one is left behind”.
